Experienced senior executive having held CEO/Chairman positions for both private and public companies.  Subject matter expertise in information and technology businesses spanning retail, consumer packaged goods, marketing, new product development, financial services and supply chain.

4R Systems - President & CEO

 

Gave direction to private equity backed start-up in the retail inventory and supply chain space.  Company was founded by professors at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School of Business to deliver better inventory management and supply chain solutions by focusing on managing inventories to profit rather than KPI's. Developed business model and led company to substantial growth in recurring annual revenues by adding clients such as Crate & Barrel, The Vitamin Shoppe, Family Dollar Stores, Performance Bike,  Hess and City Farmers (Australia).

 

INTERLINQ Software Corporation - Chairman, President & CEO (NASDAQ:INLQ)

 

Turned around leading mortgage origination technology supplier with over 2000 mortgage institutions by revamping core technology through a thin-client approach providing better scalability and distributed processing capability.  Broadened the product offering by launching the first Windows-based mortgage loan servicing platform.  Grew revenues from approximately $10mm/year to $25mm per year in three years leading to recognition as a Washington State Fast 50 company.

 

AC Nielsen - Senior Vice President/GM SolutionWare

 

Led technology business unit of AC Nielsen, the world's largest market research company.  Integrated numerous technology units spanning applications for retailers and manufacturers, key production systems and new technology development into one 500 associate business unit focused on driving new capabilities and solutions for retailers and manufacturers.

Thesis - "Forecasting of Repeat Purchasing of New Consumer Packaged Goods"  developed many of the key ideas in the 1980 Journal of Marketing Research article "Structure of Repeat Buying for New Packaged Goods" by Manohar Kalwani and Alvin Silk.
